Japan-China collaborative research business Based on business commissioned by the Japan Patent Office, the IIP sets research themes in collaboration with Chinese government-affiliated research institutes, academic organizations, etc. and conducts collaborative research by both Japanese and Chinese researchers who are specialized in the themes. In this collaborative research, meetings are held in China and Japan, and the collaborative research is conducted with the IIP's support. The outcomes of the collaborative research are compiled in a collaborative research report and are published in both Japanese and Chinese.
